The Brief
Build sales prototypes to support clients and prospective partners, as well as website and brand assets, pitch materials, and feature designs. Also, work on the company's design system and clients' user experience research to refine the prototypes.
The Design Approach
Researching: Understand the target market and NFTs
Ideating: Brainstorm feasible features the customer wants to use with the founder and engineering team
Prototyping: Build out a high-fidelity prototype in Figma and create brand guidelines
Refining: Create branded variations of the generic prototype to cater to specific company pitches
Presenting: Design branded pitch decks for each company presentation, tailored to each brand
PROTOTYPING
Studying the NFT Market
Creating a Presentation-Worthy Prototype
This internship introduced me to the tech industry and gave me real-world experience leveraging my education in design and entrepreneurship, helping them change the way the industry uses NFTs. At Project Venkman, I was tasked with creating an NFT loyalty program where company loyal members could buy, sell, and send their earned NFTs and associated perks to other users who signed up for the platform. The process began by working alongside a software engineer to wireframe dashboards in Sketch to bring Project Venkman’s vision to life, then migrating to Figma. In addition to constructing a consumer dashboard, I built a company dashboard that enabled clients to track financial data, NFT quantities, and member leaderboards, providing a user-friendly platform for multiple audiences. After receiving feedback from my manager and other team members, I iterated on the solutions in Figma, resulting in a high-fidelity prototype that the potential client loved.

Bringing the Prototype to Life
For previous iterations of the website, I created this animation in After Effects and Illustrator to showcase a part of our prototype to potential clients. This animation looped, which brought the page to life from a static, typical landing page.

These videos were presented to potential clients and stakeholders to showcase our product.
Brand Guidelines
With a few logos and a sign installed in the office, I recognized Project Venkman's need for a branding guide. Using Illustrator and Photoshop, I created a complete brand identity that brought all the brand's floating pieces into a single document. This helped the entire team stay on the same page when creating new design assets, maintaining a cohesive look across online platforms. From here, Project Venkman easily launched its social media to start applying what I laid out.
