About: I took art lessons at Sofia Art Academy, a European-style classical art school with a portfolio program that prepares me for college applications.

Awards: I received a 9th place award for my drawing, David II, at the Texas Association of Private and Public Schools Art Competition in 2019. I also received an 8th place award for my drawing, Dante, at the same competition in 2018.
During my time taking art lessons, I learned the importance of contrast, form, and stroke technique while competing in art competitions and showing my pieces at exhibitions.
